Role Overview: As an instructor at Reformed Pilates, you’ll inspire clients through high‑energy, engaging classes that follow the Reformed Pilates flow and method. You will complete a six‑month development journey, mastering all accessories and specializations to teach the full Reformed Pilates method. Progression and skill advancement are based on the number of classes you teach, ensuring hands‑on experience and continuous growth.
Responsibilities
Lead a minimum of 9 hours per week of dynamic Pilates classes.
Attend and complete a high‑impact, 3‑day Pilates Teacher Training (PTT) course followed by 2 weeks of hands‑on development.
Deliver top‑notch classes, staying true to the Reformed Pilates method.
Keep your CPR and first aid certifications up to date (required).
Communicate regularly with studio staff and clients to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Flexibility to teach classes according to studio schedules.
CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
