Job Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables using aging reports and internal tracking tools to ensure timely payment. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting revenue objectives and minimizing credit risk. Support daily credit and collections activities, including customer inquiries, invoice and statement requests, account setup, and documentation maintenance. Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes, escalating high-risk accounts and recommending next steps as needed. Partner with internal teams and leadership to review open receivables, address delinquent accounts, and continuously improve processes. Requirements: Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Experience managing a high volume portfolio (600-1400 accounts) Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
