What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Investigate, evaluate, and conclude complex field inspections while adhering to regulatory and company procedures

Determine liability and policy verification through analysis of relevant facts and coverage

Participate in Risk Management Agency reviews to ensure operational integrity and quality assurance

Maintain confidentiality of claims information to protect the employer's reputation

Stay current with industry trends and enhance professional knowledge through educational opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry

Must obtain Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) within 180 days of hire

Personal transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory and outside as needed

Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb storage bins up to 25 feet, and lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
