Summary
The ideal candidate will work as part of a financial advisory team to deliver personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long‑term financial planning and investment goals. Candidates should be comfortable communicating independently with clients within the book, articulating firm‑level and general investment market updates, fielding client account‑related and general investment questions, and creating and delivering financial plans while cross‑checking work to ensure complete accuracy. Base Pay Range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Types
Annual Bonus and Commission Duties and Responsibilities
Support lead advisor with client service and relationship management to cultivate and maintain existing client relationships. Partner with and support lead advisor with prospect and new client discovery meetings, presentations, proposals, and recommendation materials. Prepare and deliver financial plans using planning software, and check their accuracy. Perform quarterly and annual account reviews with assigned clients. Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client book within the practice. Place trades and perform rebalances for client accounts in the practice. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four‑year college or university. 4+ years’ industry experience. Strong understanding of the investment business. Excellent interpersonal skills. CFP charter holder or progress toward CFP designation. Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Email Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and CRM software.
