Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes with precision and creativity.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing ones.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Demonstrate leadership skills and advanced culinary knowledge in high-pressure situations.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Comprehensive knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
