Responsibilities
The AP Specialist will process a high volume of invoices per week.
Process ACH and wire transfers.
Full cycle AP.
The AP Specialist will handle purchase orders.
Assist with month end close process, bank reconciliations.
Resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
Requirements
Familiarity with Excel pivots/VLOOKUPs.
Experience with ERP software.
A few years of AP experience.
