We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial
Tax Partner
to join a nationally recognized and rapidly growing public accounting and advisory firm. This leadership role sits within the
Private Client Services
group, serving high-net-worth individuals, privately held businesses, investment partnerships, and family offices.
The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking CPA with deep technical expertise in federal tax compliance and planning, a strong command of partnership and trust taxation, and a desire to lead, grow, and mentor a high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements involving individual tax planning, estate and gift strategies, partnership taxation, and trust/estate compliance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW individuals and closely held businesses across a variety of industries.
Identify opportunities for expanded services and new client relationships.
Develop and mentor junior professionals to ensure technical excellence and long‑term leadership growth.
Collaborate with internal leadership to shape the growth and vision of the Private Client Services practice.
Qualifications
CPA required.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in public accounting, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, investment partnerships, and closely held businesses.
Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and manage relationships.
Proven skills in practice development, team leadership, and client service excellence.
Master’s in Taxation or related field preferred.
