Seeking Solderers, Winders, and Assemblers!

for 1st shift 6am‑2:30pm M‑F.

Production Associate

is responsible for producing components, assembling finished products, and performing assigned soldering processes as required (e.g., soldering components, configuring cabling, and wiring). The associate manufactures products in compliance with production control documentation under the direct supervision of the production supervisor, ensuring quality and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned.

What You'll Do

Assist with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays.

Ensure product meets the current quality requirements.

Raise issues or concerns with components, processes, or documentation when needed.

Operate equipment and processes per process specifications.

Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders.

Follow process specifications and production rules.

Help improve processes throughout the department or center of excellence.

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
