Job Description Summary
Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations
Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
Work with an incredible team of people in a safety-focused environment
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime
Primarily work with Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas) strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (21 years of age & CDL license may be required in some locations)
Skills & Abilities
May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. This description is not a complete listing of all responsibilities; reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range $22.85 - 31.41 per hour
