Role Mission Facilitate the Agile Scrum process for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of features and continuous improvement. Act as a servant leader for the team, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and driving adherence to Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Leadership
Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure sprint goals are clear and achievable; monitor progress and maintain transparency through burn‑down charts and dashboards.
Backlog Management
Partner with Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Ensure stories meet “Definition of Ready” and acceptance criteria before sprint planning.
Stakeholder & PO Relationship
Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate communication to align sprint deliverables with business priorities.
Risk & Dependency Management
Identify and address blockers impacting sprint progress.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Solution Architects, QA, DevOps) to manage dependencies.
Continuous Improvement
Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices.
Drive retrospectives to identify actionable improvements for future sprints.
