Full‑time Floating Leasing Consultant position in the Northern California region.
Pay range: $22.00–$24.00 per hour plus commission.

Essential Job Functions
Promotes positive and welcoming customer interactions aligned with the Lyon Living experience.
Conducts community tours for future residents.
Generates leads and leases apartment homes to achieve occupancy goals.
Qualifies prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents and related paperwork.
Collects rental deposits and application fees.
Maintains sense of market presence and community value.
Permanently seeks to create team and resident experiences.
Provides exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
Experience / Requirements
6 months – 1 year of strong customer service and/or sales experience.
Background in retail, hospitality, and/or food & beverage.
Property management background is a plus.
Flexible scheduling and available to work on weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Intermediate to proficient levels of computer and administrative expertise.
