Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base + 5% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant will lead and support technical accounting matters, including M&A, business combinations, consolidations, and investment accounting
Prepare and review complex accounting memos in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Partner with cross‑functional teams on acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring initiatives
The Senior Accountant will support ERP implementations, process improvements, and data transformations
Assist with SEC reporting, disclosures, and external audit coordination
Act as a key advisor to business stakeholders on accounting implications of strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications For The Senior Accountant
Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred (Audit or Accounting Advisory)
CPA required or actively pursuing with clear intent (required for upward mobility)
Strong technical accounting background, ideally within public companies
Experience with or exposure to:
M&A and integrations
Consolidations and complex structures
ERP or large‑scale systems implementations
Intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach
Desire for long‑term growth into Manager‑level leadership
