About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our clients team and support talent acquisition for key sales positions, including
Sales Representatives, Business Development Managers, District Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Territory Sales Managers . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent within the sales domain.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years recruiting for sales roles (Sales, Business Development, Territory Management).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with recruiting in the food manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
