is a growing urgent care organization with 9 clinics and MSO across Houston, Austin, and Dallas. We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead staffing and people operations.
Location 7322 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77074 (Hybrid/on-site)
Compensation $90,000 – $115,000+ per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities This role partners closely with clinic leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning across multiple locations.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of HR experience (healthcare or multi-site preferred)
Strong background in recruiting, staffing, and retention
Experience supporting hourly clinical and administrative teams
Solid understanding of HR compliance and employment best practices
