A U.S.-based energy infrastructure developer is seeking a Manager, EPC Contracts & Document Controls to support a multi‑GW portfolio of utility‑scale energy projects in pre‑construction and active construction. This individual contributor role partners closely with EPC, project management, legal, finance, and commercial teams to manage EPC contracts, document control, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support EPC contract negotiations, execution, amendments, and compliance
Manage contract and exhibit version control throughout pre‑construction and construction
Maintain document control for internal and external project data (RFIs, submittals, transmittals)
Coordinate EPC notices, work orders, LNTPs, and compliance tracking
Maintain contract matrices and EPC compliance tools
Support change order tracking, risk registers, and lessons learned documentation
Oversee prevailing wage documentation and auditor coordination
Ensure organized project records in Procore and SharePoint through commissioning and handover
Track and report KPIs related to contracts and document control
Qualifications
3–5 years of contracts and document control experience supporting utility‑scale energy projects
Experience in renewable energy, storage, or large infrastructure projects preferred
Proficiency in Procore, SharePoint, and CLM platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
