What You’ll Do
You will assist in all HR duties such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining records, and support the recruitment process.
You will form relationships with new employees through communication prior to joining the company, greeting them on their first day, and participating in monthly orientations.
You will actively participate in engagement programs including community outreach and our employee experience committee.
You will support employee offboarding including conducting exit interviews and working closely with the management team on transition of access and responsibilities.
You will perform data entry into our HR Information System to accurately maintain confidential information.
You will assist with addressing employee questions and concerns.
You will support the administration of our enterprise education assistance program.
You will coordinate corporate meetings including coordinating meeting space, travel and logistics, agendas, meals, and activities.
You will participate in projects in multiple areas of Human Resources as needed.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1‑3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Google Suite preferred.
Some experience planning events is preferred.
Physical & Safety Requirements
Duties require standing, crouching, sitting, bending, using hands and fingers to handle or feel and reaching with hands and arms to spaces both high and low; may stand or sit for moderate amounts of time.
Neighbors noise level is low.
May be required to lift up to 25 lbs in a shift.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus near and/or far as needed.
Pay Range Hourly wage range: $28.00 – $35.00, depending on experience.
