What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, managing user permissions, data governance, and integrations
Architect Smartsheet workspaces and develop automated workflows for project management
Produce detailed executive‑level client reports synthesizing qualitative insights
Define operating standards for data quality and run training sessions for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and leaders
Manage the intake and prioritization of enhancements while maintaining a transparent roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success operations or related field
Proven expertise in Gainsight and Smartsheet administration
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive reporting
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Knowledge of data governance and quality standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in designing and implementing customer health scores and success plans
Familiarity with CRM systems and data integration processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct trend analyses and benchmarks
Experience in training and enablement for cross‑functional teams
