Description We are working with a client in Syosset who is looking for an administrative logistics coordinator on a temp to hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting out their career and looking for a growth opportunity.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi‑faced fully onsite role (Hours 9/9:30-5/6 M-F).

Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate active calendars via Trello (experience with Slack a plus; otherwise will train)

Schedule and confirm meetings

Respond to order requests and inquiries

Send info to technicians or other staff based on order info

Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Assist with paying company parking tickets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills for client engagement

Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Comfortable in warehouse environment and working on a small team
