Insurance Defense Attorneys . Our insurance defense practice is at the forefront of the legal industry, representing insurers and their policyholders in complex matters, including first- and third-party claims, coverage disputes, and personal injury protection (PIP) litigation.
As part of our expanding insurance defense team, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals, representing insurers and policyholders through all stages of litigation. From drafting and arguing motions to negotiating settlements and advocating in court, you’ll be engaged in work that sharpens your skills and advances your career.
Job Description
Represent insurers and their policyholders in first-party and third-party insurance defense litigation, including PIP, bodily injury, and property damage claims.
Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
Manage discovery efforts, including drafting discovery responses, taking and defending depositions, and preparing expert witnesses.
Draft motions, briefs, and other court filings.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client service.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation; PIP experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
