Work Arrangement: Hybrid – office in Cranberry Township two days per week, remainder remote.

About the Role As an Executive Support Associate you will provide high‑level administrative support to members of the Westinghouse Leadership Team (WLT). You will act as an important liaison between senior leaders and all partners, ensuring efficient operations. Your duties include coordinating customer meetings and internal events at the headquarters office, managing complex calendars, and supporting the Executive Office through both on‑site and remote efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex and confidential calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the members of the WLT.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.

Research and summarize information, including supporting data for meetings and reports.

Facilitate communication between the WLT members and internal departments, external partners, and board members; collaborate with the Global Executive Administrative Support Team.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including agenda preparation, catering, visitor security registration, and escort to the respective conference room.

Prepare meeting minutes and circulate internal correspondence.

Prepare conference rooms and ensure readiness for meetings.

Help with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting.

Provide backup support to other executive support associates and staff.

Resolve questions in cooperation with other departments.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

4+ years of experience in executive‑level administrative support, preferably in a global organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Experience handling support requests from various channels, providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions.

Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer and working collaboratively across all levels, including diplomatic handling of sensitive situations.

Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $64,800 to $81,000 per year (dependent on experience, qualifications and skills).
