Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you’ll provide seamless support to financial advisors and clients, playing a key role in client account management, communication, and overall client experience.
Support and Training
Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced peer mentor

Key Responsibilities
Client Service: Deliver exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries; build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams.
Account Management: Open accounts, handle transfers, and process other requests; maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing branch business plans.
Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new software such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided tools.

Hiring Minimum: $23.85 (hourly)
Hiring Maximum: $25.82 (hourly)
Additional compensation includes bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance.
