Responsibilities The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all quality‑related functions and ensuring compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality management system
Ensure compliance with IATF and customer‑specific requirements
Lead quality initiatives across stamping and manufacturing operations
Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Manage internal and external audits related to Quality standards
Support new product launches and process changes from a quality perspective
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
3+ years as a Quality Manager in an automotive manufacturing environment
Hands‑on experience with stamping operations, including large presses
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
