Position Overview

Pay range : $77,640.00 - $126,170.00 per year

Job Description To attain goals, set objectives and ensure plans and policies are implemented for established ambulatory area(s) of responsibility with scope score range of less than 2 as defined in the UAB Medicine Nurse Manager Recruitment and Retention Plan. To ensure that the services provided are delivered within established quality and financial standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five (5) years of related experience, two (2) years of which are nursing leadership, required. Work experience may not substitute for education requirement.

Current Alabama RN license required.

Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required based on clinic need, must be obtained within 6 months of employment if required.
