Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiary Ocean Bay, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor, are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Management Analyst located in Arlington, Virginia.
This role provides oversight and support in planning, execution, analysis, and resource tracking to enhance performance and informed decision‑making.
Location Arlington, Virginia
Pay Range $60,000.00 – $66,500.00 per year
Position Responsibilities
Provides oversight and administrative support in the planning, execution, analysis, and tracking of resources.
Develops plans including budget allocations and schedules to meet various operational project requirements for the assigned portion of a program.
Conducts in‑depth analysis of a wide variety of sources, studies and/or audits as established/planned in the program requirements.
Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with other sections and offices.
Evaluates, monitors, and reports performance against plans to ensure guidelines meet appropriate procedures and policies.
Provides logistical support for conference planning and outreach.
Provides comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing office activities, coordinating travel, and handling logistics.
Answers, screens, and routes phone calls; receives and directs visitors and clients.
Drafts, prepares, and edits correspondence, reports, memos, emails, and other documents.
Maintains and audits both hard copy and electronic filing systems, scans documents into digital case files.
Performs data entry and ensures accuracy and consistency across all databases and reports.
Conducts research and develops spreadsheets, tracking systems, and presentations for management use.
Provides investigative follow‑up and support using designated tools.
Supports financial tracking activities and assists in budget planning and resource allocation.
Provides technical and administrative guidance to staff members.
Conducts data analysis, prepares reports, and makes recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of programs.
Reviews and verifies reports for accuracy; reconciles inconsistencies in tracking systems and files.
Performs other related administrative duties as assigned.
Manages, coordinates, and controls Diversion Control Fee Account (DCFA) funded accountable and non‑accountable property and/or equipment for the Diversion Control Program (DCP) inventory management program.
Develops, conducts, and implements organizational procedures required to maintain a comprehensive equipment control program.
Researches and implements new and improved methods and procedures for addressing areas of acquisition, storage, inventory, issuance, repair, and placement of supplies.
Coordinates property acquisition, storage, inventory, issuance, repair, and final disposition.
Maintains accurate property records, including serialized items, property books, and hand receipts, utilizing specialized software and databases.
Ensures all property management issues are resolved prior to closeout actions.
Plans and oversees property management activities for assigned contractors.
Identifies and analyzes issues, gathers information, and develops recommendations to improve, enhance or advance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations in support of the DCP initiatives.
Position Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
Must have 4 years of relevant experience.
Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.
Skills
Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Possesses knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
Security Requirements
Security Clearance Level: Public Trust.
Background check required.

Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Successful pass of Ocean Bay, LLC Background Investigation, drug screening, and credit check.
