Main Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on HR-related matters Oversee employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations Manage talent processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards administration Support organizational development, culture, and engagement initiatives Manage HR policies, procedures, and HR systems Provide guidance and support to managers on people management and performance issues Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Seniority Level
