The Process Lead supports production leadership across assembly, machinery, processing, and packaging operations. Key duties include: Lead a team of Skilled Machine Technicians (SMTs) by providing direction, motivation, and mentorship. Coordinate production schedules based on material availability, staffing, and output targets to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products. Facilitate hands‑on training, promote team engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver daily end‑of‑shift reports, operational feedback, and data to supervisors. Maintain inspection, quality issue, and deviation records; report concerns to supervisors and engineers. Train SMTs on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs). Support equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement; perform preventive and reactive maintenance. Ensure adherence to quality standards, plant policies, PECNA procedures, and 6S cleanliness standards. Qualifications
Required
High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience. 4+ years of progressive experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigation of department‑specific systems. Comprehensive understanding of 6S and Lean processes. Working‑level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking). Alignment with Panasonic’s seven core principles. Preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree. 8+ years of experience as Shift Lead, Team Lead, or similar. Experience with MES, SCADA, SAP, and data visualization tools. Certification for forklift or pallet jack operation; Lead Six Sigma Green Belt. Physical Demands
Work day includes sitting (30%), walking (30%), standing (20%), lifting (20%). Lifting up to 35 lbs. occurs frequently; team lifts over 35 lbs. occur occasionally. Benefits & Perks
