Pitcoff Law Group, a rapidly growing commercial litigation and business law firm based in New York City, is seeking aBusiness Development Managerto manage the full sales cycle—from converting inbound inquiries to proactively engaging outbound opportunities and referrals through structured, consultative conversations.

This is a fully remote role with a strong preference for candidates based in or near New York City. You’ll collaborate directly with firm leadership and marketing to qualify leads, conduct consultations, and guide prospective clients from first contact to signed engagement.

This is not intake or administrative support – it’s a professional sales position focused on building relationships, communicating value, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to assess needs and convert them into paying engagements

Manage a steady pipeline of inbound leads whileproactively driving outbound business development efforts, including the generation of new relationships and strategic follow-ups with warm and past inquiries

Coordinate with attorneys and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions

Track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics within the firm’s CRM

Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and develop new outbound strategies

Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and confidence across all client interactions

Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed consultation‑to‑retainer conversion goals and monthly revenue targets

Maintain consistent follow‑up and CRM documentation

Demonstrate consistent initiative in developing new outbound leads and building a robust referral network

Contribute insights to strengthen overall lead‑generation and conversion processes

Who You Are

5+ years of consultative or relationship‑based sales experience in a professional‑services, financial, or high‑value B2B environment

Proven record of consistently exceeding conversion or revenue targets

Demonstrated experience in both managing inbound pipelines and executing successful outbound business development strategies and relationship building

Skilled at conducting purposeful, client‑focused conversations that build trust and lead to commitment

Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to executive‑level decision‑makers

Organized, disciplined, and self‑directed in a remote environment

CRM‑proficient, results‑driven, and motivated by measurable success

Preferably based in or around New York City, with flexibility to attend occasional in‑person meetings

Compensation & Benefits

Target total compensation: $75,000 – $125,000++ annually (base salary plus uncapped performance incentives)
