Position Summary We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our fast‑growing plaintiff personal injury practice in the Memphis, TN office. The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA) / automobile accident cases, including trial preparation, depositions, settlements, and in‑court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in Tennessee.
Each litigator receives a dedicated case staff—including a paralegal and legal assistant—and support from a pre‑suit team and seasoned trial partners.
Base salary, guaranteed commission, uncapped ongoing commission/bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and free parking downtown Knoxville) are offered.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in TN.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
Collaborate with expert witnesses—conduct conferences, draft expert reports and affidavits.
Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs.
Qualifications
J.D. (or equivalent) from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Active, in‑good‑standing member of the Tennessee State Bar.
Ideally 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (motor vehicle/automobile liability preferred).
Ability to manage a high volume of cases and bring them to trial.
Excellent client‑service, communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
