Responsibilities Provide outstanding outpatient physical therapy Own quality of care, clinic culture, and patient experience Hire, lead, and develop clinic staff Partner with marketing and referral sources to drive growth Manage clinic operations, performance metrics, and compliance Act as a visible, positive leader in the community
Qualifications Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy Licensed Physical Therapist 5+ years of proven outpatient experience with excellent outcomes Strong desire to lead and run a clinic Passion for growth, education, and team development Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace
