Work hands-on across different departments, including the deli, grocery, and fuel services.
Step in to solve customer concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
Manage scheduling, training, and ongoing team development.
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and community pride in the store.
Assist with financial duties like cash handling and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership experience in retail, food service, or grocery preferred.
A people-first attitude — you love working with customers and helping your team succeed.
Organized and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
