Pay: $

Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Training: On-the-job training with handheld RF scanners, mobile scanning tools, and company systems

Responsibilities

Use handheld RF scanners and mobile app to perform replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.

Receive shipments, scan and store items, and maintain cycle counts to guarantee up-to-date inventory records.

Own customer interactions – respond via email, follow up by phone, and assist internal partners to resolve questions and build trust.

Work with supervisors and teammates to propose and implement workflow improvements.

Uphold safety and organization standards by following site guidelines and wearing required PPE.

Proactively monitor stock levels and flag gaps or issues.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

2‑3 years of customer‑facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience.

Confident using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially via email.

Friendly, solution-focused approach with attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork.

Forklift certification required.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work primarily at customer sites, including independent work areas.

May encounter spaces with chemical-based allergens (e.g., penicillin, tetracycline).

Regularly lift 30‑40 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Use equipment such as pushcarts, pallet jacks, mobile cylinders, forklifts, etc., to push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Stand, walk, twist, bend, reach, and lift for prolonged periods.

Work in environments with varied temperatures (cold rooms, outside).

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Wear PPE as required: lab coats, coveralls, hoods, facemasks, hairnets, safety gloves, steel-toe shoes, bump hats, safety glasses.

Pay Details $24.00 per hour
