We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an ADOR opportunity in Pueblo, CO, offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid in installments at 30, 60, and 180 days. This position can be full‑time, part‑time, or PRN, with pay ranging from $48 to $52 per hour.

Responsibilities
Evaluating residents with speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders.
Providing direct therapy to improve communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing safety.

Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
Qualifications
Licensed SLP in Colorado (support offered for license transfer).
