Production Associate
– Custom Building Products
Location: Auroa, Oregon. Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
We offer competitive benefits and salary, with a potential $1.00 / hr increase after 90 days based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities
Operate various pieces of equipment in the manufacturing of Custom products.
Make minor adjustments on machines to ensure proper bag weights and production rates.
Determine when to report operating problems to supervisor and maintenance.
Hand‑stack finished product during equipment outages or on smaller volume lines.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times.
Perform housekeeping duties and reclaim all usable material.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
Intermittently required to use hands, arms, legs, feet, and body to carry, lift/lower, push/pull up to 55 lbs.
Good vision and hearing.
Capability to manage high job demands, extended hours, production targets, and equipment failures.
Solid previous work experience is required.
