Lease Operations Coordinator
to support a commercial lease portfolio in a fully remote role. This is
a Monday–Friday, first-shift
3-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will manage lease data accuracy, process rent and reconciliations, and partner with internal teams, landlords, and shared service centers. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple leases independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Lease Admin Sr. Analyst
Perform quality control reviews of new leases and lease amendments prior to finance approval.
Partner with abstraction teams to resolve open lease questions and clarify lease language.
Review rent variances and validate supporting backup documentation.
Provide detailed rent variance commentary and discrepancy analysis.
Update and manage workflow tasks within Asana.
Review billing statements for rent discrepancies and payment errors.
Upload, organize, and maintain lease-related documentation in shared drives.
Communicate directly with landlords regarding lease terms, billing questions, and discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal partners on lease language interpretation and compliance.
Set up new vendors and resolve vendor setup or payment‑related issues.
Support estoppel reviews, notices of lease terms, and key date validations.
Understand and apply country‑specific VAT requirements when applicable.
Coordinate and collaborate with shared service centers on reciprocal task hand‑offs.
Complete additional lease administration tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2–3 years of experience in lease administration, real estate, or financial operations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience working with lease administration systems; Tango experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
