Tuition Reimbursement

Pay Range: $30‑$40 per hour with bonuses up to $100k+ per year.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
Install power wiring, control wiring, fire alarm wiring and communications wiring in conduit.
Communicate clearly with customers to inform them of their purchasing options by providing great customer service.
Adhere to all safety and quality codes.
Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, meter sockets, etc.
Mount and install light fixtures and lighting controls.
Maintain communication with dispatch.
Install motor wiring and motor controls.
Plan, organize and lead crews in the installation of various projects.
Work closely with Progressive Project Managers to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
What You Bring
Must have a valid Nebraska Journeyman’s License.
At least 1 year of electrical experience in Residential Service (commercial and industrial experience a plus).
OSHA certified preferred.
Familiarity with electrical schematics, manuals and blueprints.
Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems and troubleshooting.
Must have extraordinary customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to follow direction and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self‑starter with strong work ethic.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
All candidates must complete a background check and drug screen.
