What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues involving networked AV devices
Own high-severity support cases from initial escalation through resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and communication
Collaborate with Customer Service and Support Operations to enhance case quality and customer satisfaction
Interpret electronic schematics and system designs to troubleshoot AV system configurations
Mentor and train Tier 1/2 support teams on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 10 years of experience in the AV industry
Proficient in troubleshooting Cisco and Crestron AV infrastructure
Deep understanding of IT systems, architecture, and networking protocols for AV
Experience with DSP systems such as QSC, BiAmp, or BSS
CTS-I certification strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of Event Management and use of ISTM tools such as ServiceNow
Ability to perform well under pressure
Experience with system commissioning
