In this in‑office role, you will take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting for engineering projects, full training provided on industry specific accounting software. You’ll support multiple project leaders with financial reporting, manage payroll coordination to the team that deals with payroll, and ensure accurate project cost tracking across the business.

The Role:
Maintain accurate financial records for all engineering projects
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly project profitability reports for Client/Projects
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
The Person:
Previous experience in an accounting role
Experience using an accounting software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
