As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will help drive decision making through analytics and financial analysis. The successful incumbent demonstrates expertise and best practices using technology to streamline processes and optimize bottom line dollars. This position will have high visibility to the CFO and other members of the executive team. This is a transformative role in the finance department that enables strategic direction.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Pay: Salary $95,000-$100,000 Based on Experience
What You Will Be Doing
Lead data-driven decision support by performing thorough data analytics, generating forecasts, and delivering key insights to improve the service line's performance.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement strategies that contribute to the business segment's growth and overall profitability.
Prepare and present ad hoc financial and operational analyses for executive leaders, including the CFO and other members of the executive team, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the service line.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading key initiatives and driving strategic execution across departments to meet business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across corporate functions and service lines to ensure cohesive strategies and transparent communication.
Leverage advanced Excel skills and tools like Tableau and NetSuite to streamline processes and optimize financial workflows, enhancing bottom-line results.
Contribute to additional projects and tasks as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in supporting broader organizational goals.
All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain preferred. Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting.
Self-starter and results oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of performing with a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
Advanced skills in Excel required.
Tableau experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
Experience analyzing data from NetSuite or a comparable ERP system a requirement.
Personal responsibility to manage change.
