Location: Clemmons, NC (Winston-Salem area)
Base Pay Range $85,000 – $105,000 per year
We are hiring a
Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator
to manage commercial electrical construction projects from estimating through completion. This role focuses heavily on electrical estimating, project coordination, and cost control, with direct involvement in pre‑construction and execution.
What You’ll Do
Prepare detailed electrical estimates using McCormick software
Manage commercial electrical projects from bid award through closeout
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate pricing
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with general contractors, clients, and internal teams
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator on commercial construction projects
Strong McCormick estimating software experience required
Background in electrical contracting and commercial construction
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Must be local to the Clemmons, NC area
Professional, client‑facing communication skills
