Staffing & Recruiting | Candidate Engagement Specialist | HR Interim Solutions The Interim Senior Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a variety of roles, with a strong focus on sales and field-based positions. Partnering closely with the HR team, this consultant will source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the offer stage while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. This role will help stabilize recruiting operations during a period of increased hiring demand.

Worksite Location:

Brooklyn Park, MN – Hybrid

Salary Range:

Hourly rate between $45–$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate qualification through offer stage

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent across MN, WI, and ND

Recruit for a variety of roles, from sales, interns, lead installers, trade sales, and service roles

Partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities

Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Utilize ATS systems (JazzHR, Paycor, etc.) to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting

Support increased requisition volume during an interim period

Required Skills & Experience

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

Strong creative sourcing skills, particularly for passive candidates in regional, multi-state markets

Experience recruiting for sales and field-based roles; background in construction, distribution, or adjacent industries required

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder partnership skills

Comfortable adapting to ATS transitions and evolving recruiting processes
