Inspection Trainee .

What You Need
One (1) year of experience inspecting fire sprinklers and integrated systems
Obtain necessary certifications within 6 months of employment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Eagerness for professional development and growth
Ability to pass various background checks
Reliable transportation and a valid State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle
Desirable (but not required):
Experience in the construction or electrical industry
General working knowledge of industrial and/or commercial installation methods
Ability to read and comprehend drawings
What You Will Do
Assist with the service, inspection and testing of fire sprinklers, clean agent, backflow assembly, and integrated systems under the guidance of a licensed supervisor; may include fire alarm, fire suppression, access control, video surveillance, intercom, sound/security systems, and other life safety systems.
Maintain proper risk management and safety procedures on all job sites in accordance with VSC policies.
