Responsibilities
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate in‑person interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Maintain the applicant tracking system and utilize recruitment metrics to refine processes.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote Corda Credit Union as an employer of choice.
Provide timely updates to candidates and key stakeholders.
