Investment Banking Analyst II/III (Capital Structure Advisory) – Raymond James
Primary focus: Conduct research using primary data sources, select information needed for analysis of key themes and trends, support development and delivery of financial policies and regulations, build investment models, advise internal teams, resolve complex queries, prepare documents, build relationships, enhance own capabilities, and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for analysis of key themes and trends.
Contribute to development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and good financial practice.
Develop and amend investment models to provide input to senior colleagues and assist in managing assigned portfolios.
Advise managers on application of procedures and precedents.
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers with policy information, referring issues where needed.
Edit documents per organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services.
Develop own capabilities through assessment, development planning, and ongoing education, conferences, and specialist media.
Analyze specific problems and issues to find best technical or professional solutions.
Develop short- or medium-term work schedules and approve overtime or resource use as needed.
Explore issues or needs; establish causes, barriers, and related issues.
Support internal customers or help senior colleagues manage internal client relationships.
Manage relationships with small clients and assist in larger key client relationships.

Strong verbal communication skills for clear idea expression and action requests.
Technical guidance on data analysis, policy interpretation, compliance, and decision support.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required), Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Required), Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Required)

Salary Range $80,000.00 - $125,000.00
