We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you'll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly during overnight hours.
Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and assist with guest check-ins and checkouts.
Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
Opportunity for advancement to front office supervisor, manager, or hotel accounting/finance positions.
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
Previous experience in a similar or related position.
Combination of education and experience accepted.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States.
Effective reading, writing, and communication in English.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
