Senior Treasury Analyst
Honeywell is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to monitor cash management activities, optimize liquidity, and ensure effective financial operations within the Aerospace business. The role reports to the Capital Markets Manager and is based in New York or Charlotte with a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage the organization’s debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
Support debt issuance and short‑term investing.
Monitor and manage FX and interest‑rate risks through appropriate hedging strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies related to treasury activities.
Leverage treasury management systems to enhance cash‑management efficiency.
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and disclosures related to treasury activities.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications Required Experience
3‑5 years in cash management or treasury operations with demonstrated progression.
Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk assessment.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash‑management strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, data‑driven decision making.
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CTP, CPA, CFA.
Strategic mindset, critical thinking, adaptability to changing environments.
Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proactive approach to financial risk mitigation.
Experience managing cash operations within a global aerospace organization.
