Pay Range This range is provided by Twenty First Services, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Each inspection pays $52–$63 and typically takes about an hour. The position is 1099 and schedule at your own pace within a 20‑day time frame. Pay is sent twice per month on the 15th and last working day of the month. Payment is issued following the business day via ACH or check.

Computer with high‑speed internet.
Digital camera.
All training will be provided but pertinent work history is favored.
