Compensation & Work-Life Balance
Guaranteed base of $450K–$550K annually Plus Bonus on collections

Who We’re Looking For
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Experienced surgeons or residents completing training in 2026
Strong skills in dentoalveolar surgery, implants, and pathology (full-scope experience a plus).
Passionate about patient care and building long-term relationships.
