Tarvos Talent is seeking a Property Accountant for a well-established real estate organization located in Central Austin, TX. As the Property Accountant, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day accounting for a portfolio of properties, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, month‑end close, and financial reporting. You’ll partner closely with property management and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, variance analysis, and timely delivery of financials.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of property accounting experience and a strong understanding of real estate accounting principles. Experience with property management software and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
