Overview:

KBR is seeking a full‑time Operational Test and Evaluation Analyst to provide test expertise and support to the program manager on projects within the AFGSC A5/8 Plans, Programs and Requirements Directorate, supporting the Commercial Capabilities Integration & Transition (CCIT) Director. This individual will support multiple technology programs through research and development, prototyping, technology assessment, and the creation of digital engineering standards, models, analysis, and experimentation. The role will be primarily onsite with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research, development, test and evaluation to determine the operational suitability and effectiveness of developmental sensors and systems that address modernization requirements and operational capability gaps for AFGSC.

Evaluate reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability, and interoperability (RMQSI) support in relation to AFGSC weapons systems including B‑52, B‑2, B‑1, MH‑139, E‑4B and Command & Control (C2) as well as support equipment for other AFGSC assets.

Identify cyber vulnerabilities associated with data use on AFGSC weapons systems and requirements; protect data, detect and identify attacks, counter penetrations, and restore system capabilities.

Assist and provide expertise with Systems Interoperability Assessment, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Implementation, and Integrated Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Test Planning.

Formulate new procedures and methods to answer questions, collect data, and assess projects.

Translate work tasks into work requirements in support of client projects.

Work and coordinate closely with government SMEs and analysts.

Prepare briefings, papers, and summaries necessary to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in aerospace sciences or equivalent experience; alternatively, 12+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience including 3 years of leadership roles.

Experience in Operational Test and Evaluation maintenance operations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior DoD leaders.

Secret clearance.

Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Desired:

Knowledge of Air Force Global Strike Command operations.

Government contracting experience.
