As the Official Hotel of the Deer District, The Trade Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, adjacent to Fiserv Forum, with 207 luxurious rooms and suites plus destination dining with a rooftop restaurant and lounge boasting stunning city views.

Responsibilities
Review, verify, and reconcile daily property revenue reports and postings.
Audit front desk, restaurant, and outlet transactions for accuracy.
Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely payment.
Prepare bank deposits and perform daily cash reconciliations.
Assist with accounts receivable billing, collections, and posting of payments.
Support month‑end closing activities, partnering with the property accountant and completing account reconciliations.
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audits.
What Success Looks Like
At least one or two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Lightspeed, PMS/POS systems)
Strong attention to detail, organization and follow‑up abilities
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Hospitality experience is a plus
